Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. is providing professional civil engineering services on behalf of ZYSCOVICH and the District School Board of Pasco County associated with the development of a K-8 school campus including associated access, parking, utility, and stormwater management facilities on a 22± acre site located on the east side of Skybrooke Boulevard, south of County Road 54 in Lutz.

Work continues on the Orange Belt Trail in Pasco County
Coastal Design Consultants is performing the Design work on the western portion of the Orange Belt Trail, which runs along Trinity Boulevard from Little Road to Gunn Highway.
