Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. is providing professional engineering services on behalf of Hepner Architects and the District School Board of Pasco County associated with the development of a kindergarten through 8th grade school on a on a 30± acre site located on the southside of Kiefer Road in Pasco County.  Coastal is responsible for the civil design and land use approvals for the the project.
