SunWest Park Project
Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Department as the prime engineering consultant for the master plan improvements to SunWest Park. The project includes improvements for the addition of new operations and maintenance buildings and the paving of the north parking lot with associated drainage and utility improvements. The operations building is proposed to be a 2,400± SF building with a surrounding boardwalk and access circulation. Additionally, Coastal designed and permitted a one-mile pedestrian walking trail surrounding both park’s water amenities.
