Veterans Elementary School
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Construction Services Department of the District School Board of Pasco County and Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects to provide Due Diligence, Planning, Survey, Environmental, Geotechnical, Site Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for the construction of a 762 student elementary school campus on 12.35 acres in Wesley Chapel, Pasco County. The project design included parking and vehicular stacking areas, recreational play areas, sidewalks along Wesley Chapel Boulevard (SR 54) and turn lanes on Wesley Chapel Boulevard (SR 54) and Progress Parkway. The stormwater design was in compliance with the existing Saddlebrook Master Planned Unit Development and Master Drainage Plan.
