Timberwood Community
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Design Consultants was selected Metro Development Group to provide Planning, Site Design, Roadway Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for a residential subdivision consisting of 37 two (2) acre, single family residential lots on 80.56 acres of land in the Hudson area of Pasco County. The parent tract was a heavily wood parcel. The project was design and constructed as a rural subdivision with great emphasis being place on retaining as many of the existing trees as possible. Today it is beautiful subdivision with wide, well, maintained roadways and houses located in natural tree landscapes.
