Suncoast Federal Credit Union Building

Location: Zephyrhills, Pasco County, Florida

Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Suncoast Federal Credit Union and Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects to provide Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for the construction of a 4,900 square foot bank located on 1.60 acres in Zephyrhills, Pasco County. The project also included design and permitting for an injection well to be utilized for a geothermal air conditioning system.
