Starkey Ranch K-8
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. was proud to serve as the civil engineering consultant associated with the development of a Pasco County K-8 School within the Starkey Ranch Community in Odessa, Pasco County, Florida. The new school includes over 200,000 sq. ft of new facilities including a gymnasium, administration, cafeteria, and classroom buildings. Exterior site amenities consist of play structures, canopies, a covered play area, and sports facilities. Civil site improvements include parking/access areas, sidewalks, site lighting, underground utilities, storm water drainage system, landscaping, and irrigation.
