Shady Hills Road and Softwind Lane Intersection Improvements
Location: Spring Hill, Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by Pasco County Board of County Commissioners to provide design and permitting services for improvements to the intersection of Shady Hills Road and Softwind Lane in the Spring Hill area of Pasco County. The project design included re-alignment of Softwind Lane Across from Crela Drive, adding an eastbound left-turn lane on Softwind Lane, adding a southbound right-turn lane on Shady Hills Road, adding a northbound left-turn lane on Shady Hills Road and adding an ADA-compliant landing pad on the southeast corner of Shady Hills Road and Softwind Lane/Crela Drive Intersection. We worked with Pasco County, Southwest Florida Water Management District and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (NPDES).
