Schrader Elementary School Redevelopment
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the New Construction Department of the District School Board of Pasco County and Williamson-Dacar Associates (Architect) for Survey, Environmental Services, Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting, Utility Coordination, and Post Design Services for the re-development of the Schrader Elementary School campus located on 13.1± acres within the overall 42.6± acres of property owned by the District in New Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida. The project included the redevelopment of the elementary school complex to accommodate new buildings, parking areas, stormwater facilities and utilities facilities.
