Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. is currently engaged by People Places LLC to provide civil site design, permitting and processing and construction phase services for the civil site development of 2.26 acres, associated with approximately eighty eight apartment units, in a series of three-story buildings north and south of Central Avenue. The project is located at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and Central Avenue in New Port Richey, Florida.
