Coastal Design Consultants performed professional civil engineering services for Williamson Design Associates on the re-development of Pine Hill Park project. The facility is located on 9.9± acres in Port Richey, Florida. Coastal’s work includes civil site design, land use approvals and construction phase services. Re-development improvements include field improvements, the replacement of a concession building, a new maintenance building, fencing, lighting, dugouts, batting cages, and the reconfiguration of the parking areas. Stormwater and utility upgrades are included to accommodate the new facilities.
