Pepin Academies

Location: Pasco County, Florida

Coastal Design Consultants worked with the Pepin Academies for the addition of a 25,000 Square Foot, 2-story classroom addition. This was added to their existing 14.29 acre site, at their charter school campus, on Osteen Road located in New Port Richey, Florida. This included the related parking, access drive (including potential stacking lanes), landscape and utility improvements and per the request from Pasco County Development Services, Coastal provided services to organize, attend, and summarize a neighborhood meeting to discuss the proposed charter school project with the residents of the surrounding neighborhood.
