Odessa Elementary School
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Construction Services Department of the District School Board of Pasco County and Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects to provide Due Diligence, Planning, Survey, Environmental, Geotechnical, Site Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for the construction of a 762 student elementary school campus on 21± acres in the Trinity area of Pasco County. The project is located in the Trinity Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The project design included stormwater system design in compliance with the previously approved Trinity Master Drainage Plan, and the design and permitting for the 1,185 linear foot extension of Interlaken Road.
