Location: Dade City, Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants teamed with Gorman & Company, Inc. and GLE Associates, Inc. by completing documents for a master planned unit development (MPUD), civil site design, plans preparation, permitting and construction administration for the development of a 70+/- unit, low-income, multi-family housing complex located on 13.17 acres in Dade City, FL. Coastal completed civil site engineering for the access drives, parking areas and drainage and utility improvements for the housing development.
