Location: Pasco County, Florida

Coastal Design Consultants partnered with Hepner Architects on the development of the High School OOO campus for the District School Board of Pasco County. The campus is located on approximately 75.6 acres along the west side of Meadow Pointe Boulevard, approximately 2,900 feet north of Chancey Road in Wesley Chapel, Pasco County, Florida. Coastal provided comprehensive civil engineering services throughout the project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiations, Construction Administration, and Additional Services. The civil site development included campus access, parking, utilities, athletic fields, and a stormwater management system.
