Gulf Trace Elementary School
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Construction Services Department of the District School Board of Pasco County and Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects to provide Due Diligence, Planning, Survey, Environmental, Geotechnical, Site Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for the construction of a 674 student elementary school campus on 17.22 acres in Holiday, Pasco County. The project design included parking and vehicular stacking areas, stormwater management system, recreational play areas, and turn lanes on Gulf Trace Boulevard. In 2012, Coastal assisted in the redesign of the vehicular stacking areas and turn lanes on Gulf tract Boulevard and added 1,500± linear feet of sidewalk to the school.
