Cypress Creek Road School Complex
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. has provided civil engineering professional services towards the development of the Cypress Creek School Complex for close to 20 years. In 2005, Coastal was selected by the District School Board of Pasco County to provide due-diligence, site planning, survey, civil site design, grading and drainage design, wetland mitigation and permitting services for a 120 acre future school complex site. Subsequently, Coastal assisted Williamson Design Associates with the overall site master plan for a high school, middle school, bus compound, and maintenance/warehouse facility. Coastal later worked with Harvard Jolly Architects providing engineering services for the development of the high school (120 acres) and middle school (37 acres) on behalf of the District School Board of Pasco County, including the associated facilities such as sport/recreation fields, stadiums and gymnasiums. Coastal also assisted Harvard Jolly Architects by providing professional engineering services for the civil site development of the Instructional Performing Arts Center (6 acres) on behalf of the Pasco Hernando State College.
