Cypress Creek Middle School
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the District School Board of Pasco County to provide the civil site design and permitting of the Cypress Creek Middle School in Wesley Chapel. The 1,500-student school is on 37 acres of land adjacent to the High School. Coastal Design worked on the development of the school site infrastructure, access lanes, sport fields, bus loop parking areas, utility, and stormwater facilities.
