Location: Pasco County, Florida

Coastal Design Consultants teamed with Hepner Architects for the redevelopment of Cypress Elementary School in New Port Richey. Coastal provided the civil engineering services to design and permit associated site improvements to walkways and sidewalks to address building perimeter entry areas access and mobility. Coastal also designed utility improvements to upgrade the potable water, fire services, and gravity sewer lines for the school campus and designed a new parent drop-off loop with related access and stormwater management facility improvements.
