Bexley Elementary School
Location: Land O’Lakes, Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants worked with Harvard Jolly Architects to develop the Bexley Elementary School Project located on 18 acres within Bexley Ranch North Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD) in Land O’Lakes, Pasco County, Florida. Our services include the civil site design, plans preparation, permitting and processing, bidding and negotiations and construction administration services for the site improvements related to the entire new elementary school site, including grading, drainage, stormwater hydrology and utility improvements.
