Bexley Elementary School Classroom Addition
Location: Land O'Lakes, Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants worked with Harvard Jolly Architects for the development of a new, 1 story, 10 classroom, 14,000 square foot building addition to the Bexley Elementary School campus located on 18± acres within the Bexley Ranch North Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD) in Land O’Lakes, Florida. Our services included schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, permitting services and main entrance improvements.
