Academy of the Culinary Arts at Land O’Lakes High School
Location: Pasco County, Florida
Coastal Design Consultants was selected by the Construction Services Department of the District School Board of Pasco County and Williamson-Dacar Associates (Architect) to provide Planning, Survey, Geotechnical, Site Design, Roadway Design, Utility Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing and Post Design Services for the addition of the 18,468 square foot Academy of the Arts Building on a 3 acre portion of the 116.64 acres Land O’Lakes High School Campus located in Land O’Lakes, Pasco County. The project design included modifications to the existing stormwater, water and wastewater facilities on-site. Additional projects Coastal has worked on within the Land O’Lakes High School Campus included design for additional parking areas, design of water and wastewater facilities, and design of an additional a practice field.
