Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. performed the civil site design, permitting & processing, and construction phase services for the development of a 2-story, 40,000 square foot office building for co-op/leasing with associated utility and parking improvements on the ±2.4 acre parcel of land located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Bexley Village Boulevard and Street B in Land O’Lakes, Florida.
