Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. worked with Equity Resources, LLC to develop a ±249 unit, 4-story apartment complex on 21± acres located on the northwest side of Post Oak Boulevard, north of Lexington Oaks Boulevard in Wesley Chapel, Pasco County, Florida. We completed the preliminary engineering services, civil engineering design services, permitting & processing services, and finally the construction phase services.
