Coastal Design Consultants, Inc. worked with Harvard Jolly Architecture to develop the Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) Performing Arts Center at the District School Board of Pasco County’s Cypress Creek Complex on Old Pasco Road on approximately 8.5 acres adjacent to the Cypress Creek High School located in Wesley Chapel, FL.
