Coastal Design Consultants was selected by S & R Hospitality, LLC to provide Planning, Rezoning, Survey, Geotechnical, Environmental, Design, Plans Preparation, Permitting & Processing, and Post Design Services for the construction of a 68-unit, three (3) story hotel on 2.02 acres in Weeki Wachee, Hernando County. The project included 85 space parking lot and modification to an existing stormwater system.
