We are excited to announce a new project that Coastal Design Consultants is a part of

The project is called Crela Estates, a new multifamily development in Spring Hill, FL. The project includes 2-story townhomes (212,000 SF, 162 units, 31 buildings), a new clubhouse, dog park, and a resort-style pool and amenities.

We are thrilled to be working alongside Agador Spartacus Development, CPH, and Innovations Design Group.

Construction is slated to start this month with completion expected in spring 2025.
